Robby Bloom – President, Founder

Robby Bloom, President of Absolute Process & Litigation Services, Inc., is a 1972 summa cum laude graduate of University of Maryland, College Park. Over the next 10 years, Robby advanced in the retail industry to become Vice President of Sales and General Manager of a major photographic retail chain. With the successful sales of the operation in 1982, Robby used his business and retail experience to open a group of video and photo retail stores. After brokering his operation, he used his contacts and reputation to become Eastern Regional Sales Manager of a fortune 100 company in 1986. In 1990, he parlayed that experience to become District Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager of a fortune 50 company.

In 1995, Robby entered the private process business and created Absolute Process and Litigation Services, Incorporated. He continued to build and grow the business until turning over everyday operations to his Vice President and Managing Partner, George Wyler, in 2007. Robby continues to oversee all aspects of the business concentrating on sales, marketing, accounting, advertising, and IT.

George Wyler – Senior Vice President, Managing Partner

George Wyler, Senior V.P. of Absolute Process and Litigation Services, Inc., is a 1970 graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in business. After graduation, George became senior account executive of the largest photofinishing service in Baltimore. His company was sold in 1981 and he was promoted to District Manager with the new parent company. In 1992, George took the position of Regional Sales Manager with Konica Minolta where he was "Sales Manager of the Year" four times. George decided to change his career direction and enter the entrepreneurial side of business in 2006, and joined Absolute Process and Litigation Services, Incorporated. With his success in growing the business, he became Senior Vice President and managing partner of the company. His responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations of the company. George oversees the administration of the office, handles the HR department for office and legal service personnel, develops new business, and prides himself in providing top quality customer service.

Ava Wyler – Vice President of Operations

Ava Wyler, V. P. of Operations of Absolute Process and Litigation Services, Inc., graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland, College Park in 1969. Ava taught French in public high school through 1972, then Science in Private School from 1980 through 1985. After earning her Masters degree in Psychology in 1986, Ava worked as a counselor at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. In 1996, she went into private practice, specializing in nutrition.

Ava joined Absolute Process in 2006 and utilized her psychology background, perservance, intelligence, and people skills to take over the administrative duties of the office.
